Elsőnek : So three gnomes are walking through Ironforge talking among themselves when they pass a tent with a sign outside reading "Azeroth Book of World Records." Upon seeing the tent, the gnomes pause to consider. "I think I could be in the Azeroth Book of World Records," says the first gnome, looking at his hands, "because I have the smallest hands in the world." He stepped into the tent and came back out a moment later with a framed certificate and a big smile on his face. The second gnome, his confidence bolstered by the first gnome's success, now spoke up. "I'll bet I could be in the Azeroth Book of World Records too...I have the smallest feet in the world!" He stepped into the tent as well and came back happily bearing a similar certificate. By now, the third gnome was getting a bit jealous of his friends' newfound fame. "I have something that might get me into the book, but it's a little embarassing." After a bit of cajoling from his friends, he finally admitted it - gesturing down below his belt, he said "I think I have the smallest package in the world." His friends assured him that was nothing to be ashamed of (while holding back snickers) and sent him into the tent to collect his certificate. The third gnome was in the tent much longer than the other two, and when he came out he was empty-handed and dejected. His friends asked him, "What's wrong? Don't you have the smallest package in the whole world?" The gnome just looked up at them and asked "Who the hell is Jeff Kaplan?" |

* Chidornia, Eamara, Jasra and Joia will remember a week or so ago we did the Blade's Edge Mountain group quests, one of which involves summoning a big elite demon by placing 35 Apexis shards into the Fel Forge thingy in Forge Camp: Wrath. Today I was wandering past, saw the forge, thought "ooh, I wonder what that does" and put my 35 Apexis shards in. 2 hits later and corpse-running back I remembered.
*the answer to your question is 'I honestly do not know'. You know when you wake up after a really heavy night of drinking and you have a vague idea you did something stupid but it takes you a while to remember what? It was like that. I suddently noticed the 'You receive loot: 2 x Greater Eternal Essence' message and I went 'Shit! What did I just do! I didn't want to disenchant anything!' Checked through all my outfits and gear and there it was. No more Seth's Graphite Fishing Pole

* just remembered that awful moment of realization... Remember that blue spellcaster dagger from SM? I had one of those. Then one day I meet Berolf in Tanaris, I wave at him, grow self-conscious and open my character window to check what I'm wearing and notice that instead of my lovely dagger, I'm holding an ugly bone (grey mace in the form of a bone) which I had put on to take a screenie with on the day before. I had successfully sold my dagger while unloading my inventory and hadn't noticed until 24 hours later
* Yesterday we got ourselves in one of these situations where we have pulled a sufficient number of mobs to last us two fights at least. Zelcandor is dead within seconds before me and Mirthe can say as much as an "Eek?" Windra dies a second after she's started casting her combat ressurection on him. I'm trying to heal someone, anyone of those left when I suddenly realize I'm not able to move, nor cast anything. Everyone else is dead by now but I'm still there, looking incredibly at where some debuff should stand, alive and unharmed. An eternity later I finally see that I have something like a shield around me, not of my making and after another eternity I see that I have a new, unfamiliar icon amidst my buffs. I continue to stand like a complete idiot until Mirthe says "you can ress us now", then I move the mouse over the strange buff and there it is... divine intervention, the first time I've had this one cast on me. What pissed me off was not the fact that I didn't know what it looked like but the time it took me to see that shield

* I used my first add-on when I went to kill Ony with Athanatoi. It took me 15 minutes to install Omen since I had no clue how to do it.
* I was tanking till 70 scrolling 6 action bars because I didn't know that I can set the Interface having 5 on the screen all the time. I still don't use the 6th.
* I was way beyond 70 when I understood how hot keys work. Still I don't use them. I like the mouse better.
* I got Berserker Stance at 70. It was fun to go to the island and beat up the champion with bare fists.
* On my heroic learning run I was barfighting with heroic Slave Pens Coilfang Defenders. Azretha disconnected after the second boss and while we were waiting for him I had fun with my Orb of Deception. After a while we got bored and decided to clear some trash till he gets back, I only forgot to re-equip my sword and shield. Only right after the pull I realized this, of course.
* I sat on the wrong broom flying down from Aldor Terrace.
* I had the full Furies Deck in bank for days without realizing that the One I thought I was missing was actually the Ace that I have already had.
* I have just realized after almost one year of playing that actually there is an inn in Westfall.
* Taunted Al'ar with Melt Armor to make my healers' life so much more interesting. Special thanks to Blizzard for Shield Wall.

* Falling of high edges is deadly, When we started to play in the live version of vanilla wow. (first days when it was relesaed) I did with a few guildies a Wailing cavern. after the big elemental boss there we jumped down, I miss a ledge to jump on and felt to a painfull death, that day we named such things a Urwie. And yes, many many times I repeated the same mistake in main diffrent places.
* Tanking 101, I refuse to tank in defence stance. Taunt sucks. (and yet I kept agro in battle stance was up to lvl 40ish or so
* Defense skill (nowdays rating) SUCKS. a warrior needs crit/sta/str for tanking. (untill I figured out what defense skil did.)
* When a healer says oom that means they cannot heal. *rushing from one pack to another in various instance*
* Saying difficult words on VT sucks. I have a hard time pronoucing some names. (a huge killer was a swedish dialect name which was for none scadavian person not doable to pronouce. If suchs words are there, I will rever to it as thing/thingie.)
* Paladins are overpowered that shield they have blocks all your damage. (refering to the normale shield block ability of a paladin while I was leveling my warrior, and I thought that would cancel my dmg at all instead of just lowering it) and they can bubble to many times!
* AV old school, stay away from the mid field on the center of the map (strife fields I believe)
dangerous NPC there who kills you very quickly. (some old boss was there "gaurding"it, later on moved to the neutral graveyard and eventually removed)
* While tanking bwl put on your Onyxia scale cloak (saying that every time on VT, many many times I was the one without and as maintank your dead:P) ((cursing on the healers that they let me die, figuring out I toke a 18k hit.... But I always apologized myself afterwards ))
* more bwl, on vael, when your getting the bomb thing as tank, do not go to berserker stance, hit recklessness, go battle stance and execute. (must say your crits are lovly then. 7.7k executes on lvl 60. (did it once on my first kill.)

* Before WOTLK there came a patch with all the new level 80 talents in it and Ironguts was eager to try out Titans Grip, dual wielding 2 two-handers. Dual wielding his new sword from Zul'jin and a crafted axe, Ironguts went to Arathi Basin to try it out. The result was too many misses, dodges and parrys. So immideately Ironguts went to see the warrior trainer to change back to one-handers. Later when Ironguts took the boat to Northrend he tried Titans Grip again. While hitting the first berserker he saw the text. "Your skill in 2hand swords has increased to 2", "Your skill in 2hand swords has increased to 3", etc... You cant level your skills in Arathi Basin. I had missed that I had skill level 1 on 2 handers. xD
