Nekem az lenne a problémám, hogy a Blizzardtól kaptam két e-mailt és mivel elég gyér az angol nyelv tudásom nem tudok velük mit kezdeni, ezért remélem valaki eltudja magyarázni hogy mi van. Kettőt kaptam ez az első:

Olyan problémám lenne, hogy a vásárolt Winged Guardian mountom eltűnt. Megadtam az accomon belül az item code-ot, ki is írta, hogy a mount hozzáadva az accomhoz, lépjek ki, indítsam újra a wowot...stb. Megtörtént. Meg is kaptam a mountot. Megtanultam, használtam meg minden, repkedtem vele. Szal minden faja. Kiléptem, és amikor pár óra múlva visszalogoltam a játékba, már nem volt meg a mount. Eltűnt. Egy karimnál se volt meg. Ez mi lehet?
