Tela: Honorednél sokat kell perkálni (60g, 1 rightorb, 2 nexus, 5 arcane crystal), revereden kevesebbet(30gold, 1 arcane crystal, 2 nexus), exalteden semennyit, honored alatt meg nem is léphetsz be.
Edit: Ender: Honored: expensive :) (60g, 1 rightorb, 2 nexus, 5 arcane crystal) at revered, still expensive (30gold, 1 arcane crystal, 2 nexus) at exalted, U dont have to pay a thing, below honored, U cant enter. nope, not, at all. :)
About end of dreams. Its über, one hand, OMFG upto, decent stats, feral AP. As tela said once, its possible to change weapon in combat, but that mace is the best resto balance in game, so, this might end the prosperity between druid bidders :D Also, feral AP costs next to nothing in itemization formula budget on weapons, so adding this stat almost means nothing in other stats.
Weapons: Thi instance is clearly a sword / dagger instance so far what I've seen... tanking weapons, über swords, über daggers are present for our rogues or fury warriors pleasure (widows remorse for tanking, hungering cold OMG, just to name some)
As for healers. The tier 3 raid set, for healing capable classes, are designed for pure Übeeeeer Healing (pala, crit, int, stam, upto. Druid int stam manareg, upto. shaman almost the same) There are some nasty resto holyshit stuffs, like Hammer of the Twisting Nether, and the shield wich has the maching graph. Also there is a really nice staff, Spire of Twilight. Some cloaks, Cloak of suturing forexample. The trinket, eye of the dead.... gives 70 helaing on equip, and 450 on use... OMG I'm so glad that I'm a bitch and hoarded a lot of DKP :P

Oh well... Will have to I guess, because I definately don't have the money for those mats :D

You have to complete the attunement which is free if you are exalted with AD.
And for get the quests for T3 items have to complete and other quest named "Echoes of War" (slain 21 trash mob).
