A talenteken kivuli shaman valtoztatasok:
Totem Indicator
-We have a 'buff bar' and a 'debuff bar'. Shamans will now have a 'totem bar'. The totem bar will indicate which totems the shaman currently has out, and the duration remaining until the totem expires. Hovering your cursor over the icon will reveal what players are effected by the totem, and will show a faint radius around the totem on your screen.
Modifications to Existing Totems
-Stoneskin totem will now reduce physical damage by a percentage rather than a raw amount, 2/3/4/5/6/7% respectively.
-Flametongue totem also provides a 7% attack speed bonus to those affected by it.
-Windwall totem will now reduce ranged attack damage taken by a percentage rather than a raw amount, 6/8/10% respectively.
-Stoneclaw totem's mana cost, hit points, threat produced, duration, cooldown, and armor value have been doubled.
-Fire Nova Totem delay before activating reduced to 3 seconds. Original threat generated reduced by 50%. Will no longer bug sometimes when triggering.
-Magma Totem's original threat generated reduced by 50%.
-Totems (where appliable) now receive benefits from +spell damage and healing equipment.
-Mana Spring totema and Healing Stream totem's mana costs have been reduced by 30%.
-Poison Cleansing and Disease Cleansing totems mana cost increased by 7%.
-Grounding totem no longer absorbes DoT effects, though it can still block the initial spell.
New Totems
-Spell Surge Totem: Increases damage effects of spells from the party by up to 30. Fire Totem. Aquired at level 56.
-Earthsong Totem: Increases healing effects of spells from the party by up to 40. Earth Totem. Aquired at level 52.
-Menacing Winds Totem: Places a totem at the feet of the shaman. After 6 seconds, the totem will trigger, fearing up to 3 nearby opponents for 10 seconds. Air Totem. Aquired at level 44.
New Spells
-Soothing Shock: Reduces the threat of the shaman against the target. Deals no damage. Operates on the normal shock cooldown timer. Aquired at level 32.
-Totemic Reclamation: Cast on a totem to gain back mana. Cannot cast on totems that have been out for less than 10 seconds. Fire Nova totem and other totems that opperate similarly will be exempt from the 10 second rule. Restores 75% of the inital cost of the totem -5% for every 5 seconds it is in effect. The -5% timer does not begin until after 10 seconds. Aquired at level 30.
Melee Attacks
-Quick Attack: Instant attack that deals 10/20/30/40/50% of normal melee damage. Costs 7/8/9/10/11% of base mana. Weapon Buffs can proc off of this attack. 15 second cooldown. Ranks aquired at levels 8, 16, 30, 44, and 52.
-Setup Strike: Your next attack deals 35% of normal attack damage. The attack following this one will have it's attack 'cooldown' cut in half and will deal weapon damage +15/30/45/60/75 repsectively. Costs 17% of base mana. Weapon buffs can proc off of both of these attacks. 30 second cooldown. Ranks aquired at levels 12, 23, 34, 45, and 56.
-Hurricane Strike: Activates on your next attack, adds +3 seconds until that attack occurs. When you finally attack, hurricane strike will attack up to 5 nearby opponents. Weapon buffs can proc off of each target hit. After hurricane strike finishes, the shaman will be dizzy and unable to act for 5 seconds. Costs 20% of base mana. Aquired at level 30.
*All weapon attacks are on a shared cooldown timer. EX: If you use Hurricane Strike with a 45 second cooldown, you won't be able to use ANY of the other melee attacks for 45 seconds. However, if you use Quick Attack with a 15 second cooldown, you'll only have to wait 15 seconds to use another special melee attack.
Weapon Buff Changes
-The Frostbrand proc will no longer slow target movement speed. Instead, the proc will have an AoE effect that hits all nearby enemies and slows their attack speed by 10%. Higher ranks deal more damage and give a greater attack speed decrease, 13/16/19/22% respectively. Damage on the proc has been reduced by 50% from the original.
-Flametongue Weapon will now increase the attack speed of the weapon by 10%. This increased attack speed does not lower the damage of Flametongue Weapon.
-Flametongue and Frostbrand now recieve bonuses from +spell damage equipment at a 1/2 ratio.
Other Modifications
-Stormstrike has been removed from the enhancement tree and is now avaliable to all shamans at level 44. No longer has the attack timer reset bug. Mana cost reduced.
-Shamans no longer require a talent to use two-handed weapons and maces, and are able to learn them from the appropriate weapon masters.
-The radius of all support totems has been increased by 3 yards.
-Mana cost of Cure Disease and Cure Poison reduced by 14%.
-The damage dealt by frost shock and earth shock have been reduced by 15%.
-Shamans no longer require a talent to learn parry. They can learn it from class trainers at level 20.
-Removed the reagent cost from Water Walking. Increased the mana cost by 5%.
-Threat generated by Earth Shock increased by 10%.
-Flame shock initial damage increased by 25%. Now has a small AoE effect, roughly the size of warstomp. Targets hit by the AoE effect take 35% of the damage that the primary target takes. The primary target is affected with a DoT that will deal 50% of the initial damage over 12 seconds. Units hit by just the AoE effect of flame shock will not be interrupted while flagging in battlegrounds.

Tier One:
Improved Lightning Bolt [5]: Reduces cast interruption chance by 10/20/30/40/50%, and increases range of Lightning Bolt by 1/2/3/4/5 yards.
Reverberation [5]: Reduces the cooldown of shock spells by 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0 seconds.
Tier Two:
Improved Searing Totem [2]: Increases the rate of fire of searing totem by 15/30%.
Peircing Elements [3]: Reduces the chance of your targets to resist the damage of your spells and effects of your totems by 1/2/3%.
Call of Flame [5]: Increases the fire damage of fire totems, Flametongue weapon buffs, and Flame Shock by 2/4/6/8/10%.
Tier Three:
Elemental Focus [1]: Gives a 10% chance to enter a clearcasting state, reducing the mana cost of your next spell by 100%.
Call of Thunder [5]: Increases the critical strike chance of your lightning spells by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Outburst [5]: Increases damage of Shock spells by 1/2/3/4/5% and decreases mana cost by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Tier Four:
Improved Elemental Weapons [2]: Hits with the shaman's Flametongue weapon will give a chance to apply a fire amplifier buff, increasing fire damage dealt to target by 1/2%. Stacks up to 5 times, and lasts for 15 seconds. Slower weapons have higher chance to apply debuff. Hits with the shaman's Frostbrand weapon proc have a 10/20% chance to immoblize the unit for 3 seconds (the immoblize effect is subject to diminishing returns).
Gift of Thunder [3]: 2/4/6% of the damage dealt by Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning are returned to the party in mana.
Seal of Fire [2]: Increases the critical strike chance of fire totems by 4/8%. Increases the critical strike chance of Flame Shock by 1/3%.
Tier Five:
Weapon Flare [5]: Has a 2/4/6/8/10% chance to activate when a damage spell succefully hits a target. While Flametongue Weapon is active, it will cast a fireball at the target dealing 10% of the damage dealt by the original spell cast, and 5% over 12 seconds. While Frostbrand Weapon is active, it will cast a frostbolt at the target dealing 7% of the damage dealt by the original spell cast, and will slow the target's movement speed to 75%. The fireball and frostbolt spells casted in this manner will have the benefits of the Improved Elemental Weapons talent. Any gear that adds to spell damage will not affect Weapon Flare.
Elemental Fury [1]: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your spells and totems by 100%.
Prayer of Thunder [1]: Restores 5% of the shaman's maximum mana upon use, and allows +25% of mana regeneration to continue while casting for 20 seconds. 2 minute cooldown.
Tier Six:
Elemental Mastery [5]: Increases the damage of your offensive spells by 2/4/6/8/10%.
Lightning Mastery [5]: Reduces the casting time of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 0.20/0.40/0.60/.80/1.00 seconds.
Tier Seven:
Spirit Form [1]: When active, the shaman takes
10% of physical damage, but +15% of magical damage. The effectiveness of the shaman's spells are increased by 10%, and the threat generated by the shaman is reduced by 10%. The shaman cannot attack or use melee attacks while in this form. Mana regeneration is allowed at +10% of normal while casting as long as the shaman remains in this form. When the shaman comes out of spirit form, he cannot go back into spirit form for 5 minutes.
ENHANCEMENT
Tier One:
Precision [2]: Increases chance to hit with melee weapons by 2/4%.
Ancestral Knowledge [3]: Increases maximum mana by 2/4/6%.
Mana Rebuttle [5]: Blocks with a shield restore 15/30/45/60/75% of the damage blocked into mana.
Tier Two:
Thundering Strikes [5]: Increases the chance to critical with melee attacks by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Improved Ghost Wolf [2]: Decreases the casting time of ghost wolf by 1/2 seconds.
Improved Lightning Shield [3]: Increases the number of charges on Lightning Shield to 4/5/6.
Tier Three:
Bloodlust [1]: Casts a buff on the shaman or a party member that increases the attack speed, ranged attack speed, casting speed, and threat generated by the target by 10%. Increases the damage dealt to the target by 20%. Reduces life and mana regeneration by 50%. Costs 10% of base mana. Lasts 3 minutes.
Shield Mastery [5]: Increases the shaman's chance to block with a shield by 1/2/3/4/5%, and increases the amount of damage that he can block with a shield by 20/40/60/80/100%.
Totemic Mastery [4]: Increases the effects of all the shaman's totems by 2/4/6/8%.
Tier Four:
Flurry [5]: Increases attack speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for the next 3 swings after dealing a critical strike.
Improved Catastrophe Weapons [2]: Increases the threat generated from Rockbiter weapon by 10/20%, and increases the attack power bonus given from Windfury weapon by 11/22%.
Momentum [3]: After casting a shock spell, mana regenerates at 5/10/15% while casting for 5 seconds. Casting any spell during this time cancels the effect. If this effect is interrupted, it cannnot activate again for another 10 seconds.
Tier Five:
Bloodlink [2]: Critical hits with the shaman's weapon will give an effect to the shaman and his party members. The effect increases melee and magic damage dealt by 4/8%. Effect lasts 10 seconds.
Toughness [5]: Increases the shaman's hit points by 2/4/6/8/10%, and increases the shaman's resistance to fire, frost, and nature by 3/6/9/12/15.
Weapon Wrath [5]: Gives Rockbiter Weapon a 1/2/3/4/5% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds and increases the proc chance of Windfury Weapon by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Tier Six:
Weapon Mastery [5]: Increases damage dealt with a weapon by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Force Fusion [5]: 1/2/3/4/5% of the shaman's intelligence and spirit produces +1 strength and +1 agility respectively (100 spirit and 100 intelligence would increase strenght and agility by 10 each).
Tier Seven:
Spirit Link [1]: Generates a buff around the targeted unit and up to 2/3/4 of his party members. 30% of the damage received by anyone under the effects of spirit link will be equally split amongst the other members of the spirit link. Spirit link lasts 30 minutes. If the shaman casts spirit link on himself, and no party members are nearby, he links his spirit to that of the Earthmother, increasing his damage and armor by 3/6/9%. Costs 35% of base mana. Effects party members within 10 yards of the person the spirit link is casted on. A shaman may only have one spirit link active at a time. If the shaman dies, the spirit link becomes void. Damage taken by members of spirit link that are not directly recieving the damage dealt, will not interrupt fear, polymorph, or other such effects. Damage taken by the members of spirit link will be able to reduce their portion of the damage taken through AC and spell resistance values.
RESTORATION
Tier One
Improved Healing Wave [5]: Reduces the casting time of Healing Wave by 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 seconds.
Tidal Focus [5]: Reduces the mana cost of all spells by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Tier Two:
Lifebringer Weapon [2]: Naturally imbues the shaman's weapon with nature, allowing attacks to heal the shaman and his allies for 10/20% of the damage dealt. Critical attacks from Lifebringer weapon will count as critical heals to himself and the party, triggering such effects as ancestral healing. Casting another shaman weapon buff will override Lifebringer's effect. Affects such as sharpening stones will not override Lifebringer's effect.
Ancestral Healing [5]: When you critical with a healing spell, the target recieves a buff that heals them for 4/8/12/16/20% of the amount that the spell healed over 15 seconds.
Eventide [3]: Reduces the time between healing pulses of Mana Spring totem and Healing Stream totem by 15/30/45%.
Tier Three:
Reflection [3]: Allows for 5/10/15% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting.
Ancestral Concentration [5]: Increases the chance to avoid interruption caused while casting Healing Wave, Lesser Healing Wave, and Chain Heal by 15/30/45/60/75%.
Mana Tide Totem [1]: Places a totem that restores 50/100/150/200 mana every 3 seconds over 12 seconds to nearby allies. 5 minute cooldown.
Rippling Voice [2]: Increases the shaman's chance to resist silence effects by 10/20%.
Tier Four:
Improved Reincarnation [2]: Decreases cooldown of Reincarnation by 15/30 minutes, and provides a buff upon ressing that heals the shaman's maximum mana by 25/50% over 15 seconds.
Tidal Mastery [5]: Increases the chance to critical with healing spells by 1/2/3/4/5% and increases the critical effect of healing spells by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Master of Waves [3]: Reduces the cooldown time of Healing Tsunami and Mana Tide totems by 50/100/150 seconds.
Tier Five:
Natures Swiftness [1]: When activated, reduces the casting time of the shaman's next spell by 100%. Only affects spells with a casting time of less than 10 seconds. 3 minute cooldown time.
Ancestral Wisdom [5]: Increases the shaman's spirit and intellect by 1/2/3/4/5%.
Tier Six:
Purification [5]: Increases the effect of your healing spells by 2/4/6/8/10%.
Total Clarity [3]: Critical effects with the shaman's healing spells restore 1/2/3% of the amount healed into mana for the target healed over 15 seconds. If the target does not use mana, total clarity will restore 2/4/6 rage or 5/10/15 energy over 15 seconds (in the case of a druid, mana will always be restored instead of rage or energy).
Tier Seven:
Guidance of the Earthmother [1]: Reduces the mana cost of the shaman's healing spells by 15%.
